About My Business

I am originally from Columbus, Ohio area where I worked as a maintenance worker on a golf course.  I soon after started my own landscaping and dog walking business in order to save money in preparation for moving away to college.  

 

College is what brought me to the Indianapolis area as I attended UIndy and played 4 years of varsity soccer. I graduated in May of 2022 with a Business Administration degree. I always knew that I did not want to work a standard desk job right out of college, so I began my search to find my passion for being an entrepreneur. I started like many others by reading the best selling personal finance book “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki. I continued my exploration by looking into real estate websites, listening to podcasts, and reading all forums and blogs related to real estate. 

 

I put my plans of running a business into action by starting out as a wholesaler. I did this by driving for dollars and cold calling. After some time, I connected with someone who became my first business partner and helped me through my first few deals in getting my home renovations business off the ground. Our partnership consisted of myself finding the homes and doing the rehab work, and my partner funding most of these operations. 

 

After completing our first few home flips, I felt ready to go off on my own and continue building my business. I am the sole owner of Greyhound Property Solutions LLC and strive to continue on my own in buying and flipping homes. My hope is that I can continue to help people in sticky situations across the Indianapolis area by assisting them with all of their real estate needs.
